Yorkholme Homeowners Association Annual Fees
The Yorkholme Homeowners Association (YHA) has two fees that are collected annually.
Expense Fund - $425.00 (Collected in January)
The Expense Fund covers the annual expenses of the association
Examples of how these funds are spend include:Â snow plowing, taxes, cleaning of the culverts, etc.
The YHA Board approves spending and allocation of funds.
Capital Fund - $150.00 (Collected in June)
The Capital Fund is intended to cover larger expenses to the Association that are not considered routine.
Examples of how these funds are spent include: Road repair or repaving, major repairs to culverts, etc
Spending of these funds are project-based, recommended by the YHA Board and approved by YHA Association.
